*Got to go back to my hometown in the holidays and found this in my room
It was just a simple mix of Kamen rider Kuuga and Black RX. I did this back in 2000, when Kuuga was 1st introduced and i still missed Black RX

You know, that could simply have been Kuuga with an improved, modified Arcle for a Rider Belt, after the Arcle could been restored, by the technical assistance from MPD, or something like that.

But, on the second thought, Kuuga could have had a Seed of Agito inside him, that could have restored and activated the power of the Arcle, allowing Kuuga to become a newly improved version of himself.

It was during the "World Tour" saga in which one character from Digimon 01 and one from 02 were dropped off in different parts of the world and teamed up with a new Digidestined from that country to fight Arukenimon's minions that have scattered and built dark spires all over the world. Matt, Ken, Gabumon, and Wormmon went to Mexico and had to digivolve into those forms to fight the enemy.
