Im quiet proud of this one. Had to draw one after i bought this book on all the mythical creatures that ever excisted.

Origin

Peryton: A fusion between a deer and a bird, the fierce green or light blue Peryton has the anterlered head and forelegs of a stag, and the wings and hindquarters of a bird. It casts the shadow of a man until it kills one. Then, after drenching its body in the victim's blood, its shadow assumes its proper shape, and it can never again kill another human. Supposedly originated in Atlantis, Perytons were prophesied by a Sibyl to bring the fall of Rome.
