Beautiful! Dark Eldar do what they do for a purpose, and it wouldn't surprise me if there were Dark Eldar who felt love still. Granted, they probably wouldn't last long, and have some kind of horrible, HORRIBLE tragedy ending that would make Shakespeare's most dramatic tragedy look like a rainbow of joy. (ok, enough of my weird metaphors)
In any case, I REALLY love your style, and this is great!

Not a bad sketch, it just doesn't really work. The Dark Eldar delight in causing pain and suffering above ALL things. I think you could make this work really well if she were actually dragging her nails or something across his cheek and reopening his scar, with both of them sharing a look of ecstatic delight from it.
