If I had a chibi on my hand, my scientific side would kick in. I'd be very interested in learning about how someone would be able to go through life at that size. If he still has his skills, antagonising him wouldn't be wise.

he hate being shorter and i made him more shorter again like this...

just colouring it with pencilcolor and editing it... ^^

Not really. That's maybe a little shorter than what you'd call average, but not outstandingly short. What's his age, anyway? If he's in his teens, there's still room for a growth spurt.
And perhaps that's true, though I am not sure how powerful a chibi would be. I'd still try anyway...
