AAAAA I finished it and I'm so happy with how it turned out yaaaaay!

I've had this pic in mind for a while. My awesome friends ~flailingwings and ~artsehsis got me into making fanmutant characters for TMNT '12 (although they have been much more prolific than I XD), and we had the idea that they should form a club/support group. This is the first meeting of that group, which, against Remie's wishes, will indeed be dubbed So Now You're A Mutant (SNYAM for short).

Going around the circle from left to right:

Jamie Tucker (Human) - ~Riverfox237

Rembrandt "Remie" Jordan (human/owl/platypus/cheetah) - ~Riverfox237

(And I know what you're thinking, but honest to goodness, I named him Rembrandt before I realized that it fit with the whole 'naming the mutants after Renaissance artists" thing. You can believe me or not, that's up to you.)

Pete (pigeon/human) - TMNT

Wren (mouse/human) - ~flailingwings

Hazel (human/rabbit) - ~artsehsis

Mimi (rabbit/human) - ~artsehsis

Socrates aka "Socks" (owl/human) - ~flailingwings (although I did get to help with the name )

More will probably show up eventually if I keep this going - both Wings and Artseh have turtle-style mutants, plus a chameleon - but for now, this is the first meeting. And honestly I had so much fun with this that I'll probably indeed draw more. XD Fun Extra Tidbits: Socks has a bit too much owl in him and thus should be kept a liiiittle farther away from the smaller mutants (aka Wren the MOUSE and Mimi the BUNNY), Wren doesn't want to be seen by humans and so will probably be making snarky comments from the shadows, and Pete is wearing a shirt because while I love his character, his actual appearance sans shirt is hideous and so must be covered. But he's cool, he thinks it makes him look like a real New-Yorker.

Remie and Jamie are the group leaders, and Jamie "writes" a tumblr blog for the group. Stop by if you're interested, we also take just plain-ol' TMNT fanmutant OC submissions even if you don't want to join! ^^
