Anthropomorphic version of this character . I imagine Fishlips as a private investigator and informant. With their several eyes all over their body, she is able to constantly observe their surroundings and have a photographic memory. The setting I'm imagining is some modern-to-slight futuristic city populated by anthro dragons. Unlike most dragons, Fishlips doesn't have any wings or claws. Instead, they have four arms and use claw rings. They feel very anxious and paranoid when her eyes are covered by clothing, even though clothing options in this universe are able to accommodate multiple limbs, spines, and horns, Fishlips goes around shirtless if they can help it.
