-Main Story-
In the city of Kiryuu, a number of ancient artifacts from prehistoric times were found in the form of rock crystals that have the power of dinosaurs/prehistoric animals. The crystal stone is stored and managed in secret by an organization called DOOM. DOOM extracts the power of crystal stones into a item device called the Dino Voltrex. Dino Voltrex is promoted to the people from the shadows of the city who want to use the power of dinosaurs in the form of monsters for evil purposes. One of the Doom scientists named Daigeki Koh committed treason by stealing the Dynos Driver and Tyranno Voltrex. Before being caught and killed, Daigeki Koh managed to give the Dynos Driver and Tyranno Voltrex to his son, Daigeki Ryuuga. Using the Dynos Driver, Daigeki Ryuuga transforms into Kamen Rider Dynos to fight and destroy Doom forever.

Daigeki Ryuuga is a high school boy who loves dinosaurs. By inheriting the determination of his father who had been captured and killed by DOOM, Daigeki Ryuuga without hesitation turned into a Dynos kamen rider in order to fight and destroy Doom.
