-Main Story-
In the far future on earth, there is a great war between humans who have modified their bodies into cyborgs. After the war, people lived a peaceful and simple life. But in that peace, a mysterious organization appears consisting of evil cyborgs. The organization came to destroy peace and bring misery to people. To deal with them, a genius scientist named Takahiro Seiju develops a combat squad that uses technology from the remains of the first era of Kamen Riders, namely the Showa era. As a result, there were 7 great warriors who fought using the power of the Showa era kamen rider and they were also known as Kamen Rider Neo Showa.

-Character Story-
Kamen Rider V-man is the third fighter named Goto the double slasher. Can turn his hand into the scythe of a mantis grasshopper. The costume design is inspired by Kamen Rider V3 and Kamen Rider Riderman.
