In an era where humans have become Cyborgs, Lebab company has become one of the leading companies that provides the best spare parts for everyone. However, even though it has become a leading company, the power-hungry Lebab company tries to take on world experts using Distoborg. Distoborg is an evil entity created by Lebab with the task of killing humans and bringing their bodies back to Lebab, so it can be used as a new part of Distoborg.
-Character Story-
Nekoshima Takuma was a man who was framed and detained for a crime he did not commit. He had been sentenced to death, but the day before his sentence someone had helped him escape. With payment in the form of a job where he has to fight against Distoborg as Kamen Rider XV.
