[Appearance]
In his “default” state, has the physical appearance of a human male (late adolescence to early adulthood).
Short cut, tousled brown hair
Appears to be wearing a form-fitting outfit resembling that of a superhero.
* The suit is cut so the hair and mouth area is visible.
* Wears a pair of white framed monocles with pitch black “lenses”. Light does not reflect from the lenses.
* The main pattern of the suit is an angular stylized figure-eight in white, which wraps around behind the neck and at the abdomen.
* Design aesthetic resembles the cover of the space between the eyes (Nicholas Roberts’ poetry book), especially the colors (blue/black/white).

[Powers and Abilities]
Imaginal Entity Physiology: Infinix originates from an existence beyond understanding. He appears to be humanoid in his default state due to it being an easily comprehensible form. Aspects of his appearance, including his humanoid form and his superhero-like attire, are intrinsic to his being and cannot be changed. He has no need to sustain himself with air, food or rest, though in order to “fit in” he will appear to do so.
Dimensional Shifting: Infinix is able to morph his body, in whole or part, into various planar states of existence. While he often exhibits the ability to shift between three-dimensional and two-dimensional forms, he is also capable of compressing himself into an absolutely linear state. While Infinix simply has to will his changes to take effect, he may choose to emphasize his abilities by physically inducing his own transformations.
* When 3D, Infinix may appear as a properly proportional humanoid or assume a "blocky" state.
Infinix may compress into 2D form from any angle. When flat, he is able to slip through thin spaces and fold/crease his body like a sheet of paper.
* If visible when in his flattened state, different segments of the white pattern on his arms and legs may appear depending on the angle from which he was compressed.
* When shifting his limbs to a linear (1D) state, if his hands and feet are also included, they are rendered unusable. Because of this, he will most often only transform his arms/legs and leave the extremities unaffected.
Shapeshifting Capability: Complementing his ability to take dimensional forms, Infinix is also able to transform the figure of his body in a variety of ways. While Infinix simply has to will his changes to take effect, he may choose to emphasize his abilities by physically inducing his own transformations.
* Size Shifting: Infinix can simply scale his entire body to any size, shrinking to the small size of a penny or growing as tall as a building.
** While Infinix’s size shifting usually occurs at the same rate across his entire body, there are times where some parts may shift sizes faster than others.
* Elongation: Infinix can extend any part of his body to great lengths, especially when combined with his ability to become flat or linear.
* Polygonal/Polyhedral Morphing: Infinix takes "shape" shifting quite literally, and will opt to incorporate or completely take on the forms of simple contiguous figures as opposed to more complex forms.
Unrestricted Movement: Due to Infinix’s extradimensional origins and constantly shifting states, he is able to render himself nigh-immune to physical forces such as gravity. This allows him the ability to move without the need to exert force, in any possible direction. He can use this power to suspend himself in mid air and even simulate flight, or even “swimming” or “walking” on air.
Hyper-Acute Spatial Awareness: Despite the appearance of wearing “goggles”, Infinix does not have eyes with which to see. However, his powers also have the effect of giving him a high degree of non-visual awareness-- with which he can detect his surroundings and avoid collision with any obstacles.

[Identity]
Origin: Created as the mascot/persona character of Nicholas Roberts (Robenix). It’s said he emerged from the so-called “space between the eyes” one day.
Personality: Tends to be cheerful and friendly at most times, though he is capable of understanding and replicating a spectrum of emotions. Much of his conscious thought is ruled by his own sense of logic-- which renders him ceaselessly curious about his environment and naive to the consequences of his own actions. It is assured that he means well, no matter what he does.
Likes: Making friends, showing off his powers, snacks, games, exploring
Dislikes: Fighting, being forced to do something that doesn’t follow his logic
Strengths: His adaptability and kindness.
Weaknesses: His unpredictability. He prefers to show rather than tell, which leads to misunderstandings.
Quirks: Sometimes, Infinix has a compulsion to fill in the space he is occupying-- this could be anything from pressing himself flat against a wall, adjusting his height to fit floor to ceiling, or extend his arm or leg across a room.

[Character Inspirations]
Folded Man (Edwin Gauss): A DC Comics villain, part of the Flash’s rogues gallery. Considered one of the smartest people in the world, he was blackmailed into developing a suit that would allow its wearer to shift their dimensional state. He stole the suit and turned to crime to get revenge.
* The main reason why Infinix was created was to see a more heroic take on this power concept.
Flatman (“Val Ventura”): A member of the Great Lakes Avengers. Has stretching powers similar to Mister Fantastic, but is permanently stuck in a flattened (two-dimensional) state. Is rather affable but his expertise is questionable.
The Impossible Man / Mr. Mxyzptlk: Mischevious characters from the Marvel and DC universes, respectively-- with one being an alien and the other "from the fifth dimension". While both are presented as antagonists, they aren't necessarily "evil" by nature and simply tend to do what they like for the fun of it.
