In chapter 8 page 8 I pointed out to it that according to the Bram Stoker novel Dracula had more female sired servants. Since the book never claims if these Draculinas are bribes or daughters and in modern culture both versions are very popular, so I choose both the be true. Zaleska is also a reference to an old horror movie "Dracula's Daughter"

Zaleska is not his "daughter". According to the movie she was most possibly turned, pretty much like Seras. And I her actions are not something that represents a good father-daughter relationship. For more details look up the movie

Zaleska is a reference to Dracula's Daughter, 1936 horror movie.
Since she appears to be sired by Alucard, that would mean that to your first question, the answer is yes BECAUSE if she can be considered a "daughter" so is Seras
But about Eris... her origins will be explained... someday
