Well, at the end, Alucard and Anderson did showed somekind of respect towards eachother, no matter that they were rivals and enemies. Also, Seras is nothing like Alucard, as Seras isn't killing as long it's not necessary. I guess Heinkel learned that in the last couple of decades and gave up trying to kill her.

Well, the thing is, you have to keep in mind that Heinkels mouth has been blown off by the Captain during the war in London, soooo...When she became a new regenerator like Anderson, her original wound never healed.
