What? No, that's not what I meant. They are not related, they just grew up together in the orphanage of Father Anderson. Yumi is japanese orphan and Heinkel a german orphan. There could be a feeling of love of course, I just meant that because Heinkel cried and got angry it doesn't mean that she/he was in love with Yumi.

Besides that, If Seras would have a cousin, they wouldn't even know about each other. That's part of Seras' pain, that she never had anyone close after the loss of her parents. But no family member would turn their back on a little girl like Seras who lost her parents, so I don't believe she has anyone related.

-In Hellsing Heinkel is painted as a less feminine character, although she is voiced by a woman.
