Note:

WARNING!!!
USE OF THIS CHARACTER PACK FOR THE FIRST TIME (MEANING: YOU NEVER ANY OTHER PREVIOUS CHARACTER PACK) WILL RESULT IN A CORRUPT SAVE FILE. BE SURE TO BACK UP YOUR SAVE FILE LOCATED IN C:\Users\xxxYourNamexxx\Documents\CAPCOM\SFTK\savedata

Instructions:
1. Back up save file located in C:\Users\xxxYourNamexxx\Documents\CAPCOM\SFTK\savedata
2. Back up const.lua located in C:\Program Files (x86)\CAPCOM\Street Fighter X Tekken\patch\CMN\boot\game
3. Back up selector_layout.emz in C:\Program Files (x86)\CAPCOM\Street Fighter X Tekken\patch\CMN\ui\pre_battle\chara_select
4. Copy the contents of the "Street Fighter X Tekken" folder to your SFxT folder located in C:\Program Files (x86)\CAPCOM\Street Fighter X Tekken
5. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Download the dll hack located in this thread and extract them to C:\Program Files (x86)\CAPCOM\Street Fighter X Tekken
6. Open the "MAIN FILES Choices" folder and choose the folder applies to your current setup (eg. Extra characters and stages). Once you find and open the correct folder, copy the contents (the "Street Fighter X Tekken" folder) to your SFxT folder located in C:\Program Files (x86)\CAPCOM\Street Fighter X Tekken

Intro:
Actually I didn't planned to make Oni Character Pack from the first place. Originally this pack was made by klewst12 from DA. He sent the pack to me for testing and then he also asked to help him porting Oni C2 and C3 because he used my previous ported Oni mod as C1. His work is actually very good, he made almost of the things featured in this pack like hud portrait & name, vfx, intro quote and winning quote. Meanwhile my work are just checking/testing for errors, porting all Oni costumes, made the screenshot and MAIN FILE CHOICES selection folder. He even asked to publish the character pack, so here it is, Oni as new roster in SFxT.

Because I port the Oni's costumes to Akuma and also use Akuma's moveset, all moves work correctly in battle as it supposes to be. All voices, call sounds and sound effects are ofcourse from Akuma too. No "monkey face" issue with all animations. The only issue in battle (the same with Evil Ryu pack) is the the wind and the tornado vfx don't appear in moves like Shoryuken and Tatsumaki Senpukyaku.

Features:
- Oni as his own character in the roster with all the outfits.
- Oni can be used in any mode just like any other character.
- Oni can customize the colour (only C1 though), gem, and voice, just like any other character.
- Oni have his own intro quote taken directly from SSF4AE (although the voice is different).
- Oni have his own win quotes taken directly from SSF4AE.
- Oni have his own unique HUD.
- Oni have different vfx from Akuma.
- Oni have different health from Akuma.
- Oni show up as a team in random arcade battles if you have Evil Ryu installed (require the separate character pack download).
- Oni have a rival battle in arcade mode (just fight, no scene) if team up with Evil Ryu (require the separate character pack download).

Costume Compability (unless you use the dll hack located in this thread www.tapatalk.com/groups/sfxt_m… and absolutely HIGHLY RECOMMENDED):
- Oni C1 will crash with Akuma Original C1 or any mod that based on it.
- Oni C2 will crash with Akuma Original C2 or any mod that based on it.
- Oni C3 will crash with Akuma Original C1 or any mod that based on it.

Issues:
- If you have not used any previous character pack such as Evil Ryu or any bbb's Character Pack, this will corrupt your save file. So never forget to back it up!
- Oni have a generic icon on the select screen.
- Oni have no name displayed on the character select screen (it is displayed everywhere else though).
- Oni's command list just displays random code (you can view Akuma's command list if you wish to see their moves).
- All characters have no win quote when defeating Oni.
- All Oni's costumes have two colors and Pandora mode, but only C1 can be customized.
