i found some good bone muscle insertion images that i found helpful, so i thought i would share (yeah i.... it just made me realize i have to do some skeleton studies

Right on!! i must admit it helped me tremendously!!...my biggest discovery is considering where the location of the muscles origin and insertion points on the skeleton and how muscle weave around the skeleton... it's super interesting how functionally we have all been put together....
