Description
This one was inspired by a song I heard at a Medieval Festival and LOVED called "One More Day Above the Roses" by Gaelic Storm. I've become a BIG fan of their music since then!! <3youtu.be/a1E9O7niZAM
So this is a bunch of rose-associated characters in a field of red roses. Just the flowers/buds/petals, not actively growing, as that would look very different and be much more painful lol.
From left to right, back row first, we have:
Jennifer from Rule of Rose
Yami Yugi/Henry Tudor from Duelists of the Roses (which I have not played yet, so I guessed the design lol)
James from Pokemon
Tuxedo Mask from Sailor Moon (another thing I haven't seen)
Ruby from RWBY
and Belle from Beauty and the Beast.
It's interesting to see this now, since I started it so long ago without referencing the characters' outfits first. I think my general sense of proportions has improved a lot since then, however I haven't uploaded any recently-drawn art on here in a while, so maybe that's hard to tell lol.
