One of the weapon ideas I have in my head. Dont be surprised at the sheer size of the thing.... cause its meant to be a hand cannon.

The entire design is original, although I did use part of the frame of a Smith and Wesson Tactical Sigma 9 handgun as inspiration. When I finished it, I thought to myself that it looked a lot more like a Desert Eagle....

Anyway, its got a big bang (like what Domo-kun is exclaiming on the lower right), so a person using this weapon will need a pretty strong arm to keep the recoil from ripping it off. Im planning to make its owner a demon. The reason behind its supposed awesome firepower is a special touch I put into it, beginning from the handle.

The demon channels energy into the jewel on the handle, which is transfered upward into the the larger one on the upper frame. From here, the energy is further concentrated with the 'Chaos Miasma' (ahem) in the cylinder below the upper frame. The mixture is then injected into the barrel, charging up for a powerful blast, ready to be shot with the pull of the trigger. As soon as the demon begins channeling the energy, the mixture will constantly cycle through the weapon, giving it a crimson glow on certain parts of the gun. This cycle does not break until the demon releases his/her grip on the weapon, so it can be fired at any point in time like a normal handgun. The Miasma is technically its ammunition, which can be recharged through an adequate heat source of any type.

This gun will be primary weapon for a character idea I have yet to explore. There might be another version of the Crimson in the near future so stay tuned.
