Description
This is a squad of ten Ultramarines I painted for the Games Workshop store here in Rome. They're from the Battle for Macragge box, and will be used for demo games of Warhammer 40,000. All of the insignia was done by hand. I wasn't expecting anything, but Giuseppe was so impressed with my guys that he gave me a Devastator squad.Related content

It's partly the camera and partly the way I painted it. I got a little lazy and decided not to layer his skin as much as I had originally planned.

Those are quite well painted miniatures, very detailed dispite what i've heard about the quality of the marines in the starter box.

The Marines in Battle for Macragge aren't that bad. They're really good for starters, to get them introduced to the game and hobby with minimal effort.
