I would get Barret 50.Caliber snipe the crap out of Dr. Yu, actually you should imagine that. one second he's giving orders to his drones, next thing you know his head goes into tiny little peices of bloody limbs.

The problem with assassinating Prof Yu is the same as assassinating any person in office, they are usually VERY well protected. For example Prof. Yu never leaves his castle and communicates via TV signals to the outside world. And with toughened glass you'd have to be in the same building as him if you wanna shoot him.
