I’ve always wondered about the phrase “Fighting fit” when it’s rarely used in a fighting way, I’ve heard old people saying they’re fighting fit, but I doubt they’re gonna go boxing. Also, when it comes to sleeping fit a mental scar can REALLY affect that.
