I usually use Painttool SAI to sketch and lineart in. PS I just use usually to shade, paint, and animate in xD
But since I get bored at doing the same kinda of medium, I like to learn and switch to different types of digital. Like more hardcore animation programs such as aftereffects, flash, and using 3d modeling programs like blender and Zbrush.
