This was something I wanted to do back in October when suggested that people draw a "sexy female costume" version of themselves for Halloween. First, I didn't have the energy, and secondly, I found it hard to come up with a way to draw that idea, until I hit upon spoofing the pic I drew for my deviantID
, in which I caricatured myself as a swashbuckling Captain Kirk-type, so here I'm more of a Yeoman Rand-type instead. I was going to throw in the generic Andorian and/or Orion chicks from the previous drawing into this one as well, but after I started drawing this, decided to insert Lt. M'Ress from the animated series.

Even though this is just a dumb cartoony drawing, I did obsess a tad over getting the details of the bridge approximately right, down to the little blinking lights, so it helped to have the show on DVD.

I now actually have a thought about I could link this drawing and the first one together via a comic, but I don't know if I will, or if I do, I might change it so I (or a cartoon version of myself anyway) am not the main character because that's pretty self-indulgent... and weird.
