Experimenting with Rutalia's design here.

At first, I was going to redo her profile pic (and still am), yet being that I sort of wanted to try to make the style distinctive to a degree (like how WW is very sketchy and rough with the lines, and SS has something of a watercolor look going on), and given it takes place in Hyrule's years of Prosperity (timeline wise as I'm planning it), I decided to go for something inspired by something of a mix of Art Nouveau and Celtic:

Yeah...I'm going to need some practice.
So, I decided to go for something a little simpler for now, and I sort of got to toying with Rutalia's design. While it's essentially the same for the most part, I altered some of her jewelry and while you can't see it, she still has her earrings. I thought her fins looked a little too complex, so I simplified them, yet I thought that the blue/green color palette was a bit too much like Ruto, so I leaned more towards a blue/purple/magenta scheme. It further separates her from looking too much like Ruto, and in a way, I think it suits her better as she wants to appear as a dignified, luxurious member of Zora society, being their young Queen and all.

Still sort of experimenting with backgrounds. Looks okay, but still see a few tweaks that wouldn't hurt.
