I thought I'd share some photos of my new Mighty Morphin Blue Ranger Lightning Collection figure that I just got in the mail from Hasbro Pulse today. This figure was a pain to get to tell the truth. First, I pre-ordered it from Gamestop, but it kept getting delayed. So, I decided to cancel the Gamestop preorder and order it from Hasbro Pulse instead. I'd say this figure was worth the two months of waiting. I love how the unmasked head is sculpted in the likeness of Billy's actor, David Yost. I'll plan on posting more pictures with some of the other Lightning Collection figures I have along with the Zords that Billy owns that I have toys of. I've been seeing photos on the internet of people making custom figures of the rangers in their civilian clothes using the unmasked heads from the Lightning Collection on figures from Marvel Legends, DC Multiverse (the Mattel version) and even Star Wars Black Series. I once saw someone made a custom Billy in civilian clothes using the body of a Suicide Squad Diablo figure. Got any other suggestions of figures I could use to make a civilian Billy figure?Power Rangers is property of Saban, Toei Company and Hasbro.
