Description
This is Guerre (gรขr)[ french def.- war] Guerre is super-humanly strong and can psychically create an impenetrable suit of armor at will.Guerre is actually part of a splinter group formed from what is left from the Vindicator's original group of 13, after their first battle. They're more of a rival group than villains, but they do cause quite a bit of trouble down the road.
Guerre is based on old Marine Corps friend who was virtually invulnerable, but not because of superpowers.
It was because he was certifiable.

Thanks Hulkster! Yeah, this guy actually challenges Vector for leadership and has to be made an example of. He and three others brake off to form their own group, believing themselves to be descendants of ancient gods.
