I made a custom adopt fer this derpface:It was supposed to be a Tiny Tim inspired monster, but we were talking and Skype and came up the the GREATEST IDEA IN THE HISTORY OF GREATEST and decided that this would be the first evolution in a Tiny Tim themed Pokemon.
