About the resources, I have no clue whose bubble's was or which ones I used from the ones I have to share with ya D: , the c4ds were Mr. Robin's ones, where you can find in these awesome gallery : [link] , if you want the exact c4ds used, I can upload for you 
The stock used in the bg, I also have no idea where is it, and the other things, I only used brushes, and other techniques as you can see on the .psd, if you want anything specific just ask me so I can try to find for you :]
