Is this even how Psychic looks when Slowking uses it?..Just a little test I did to see if I could shade properly for once. I also tried out the glowy effect (as you can see) and I know for sure that I'll be doing something like this again in the future.
What is with my sudden obsession over Slowking recently? Gah!
