I like your use of lighting, especially keeping the technology almost black/shadowy, not quite a true silhouette.Β The touch of the bridges and what appears to be some kind of aircraft makes it even more effective.Β Keep up the good work!

For rendering a 3d scene I used a program called Vue D'esprit, and after that I used Photoshop to add some effects

even with the city drawn as if during the night, and the bright daylight of the background, it's still difficult to tell how much of your drawing is part of the original photo and how much was superimposed.

Or how about making a male alien. According to information around the net and some books i've read in the past the aliens are all female, drones and queens just like a hive with bees. But there's always drones who are male to mate with the queen. Maybe another idea? Just some mindghosts in case you don't know what to make (witch i doubt
