A fully transforming panda action figure!

I've always wanted to see a Transforming Panda figure, but I've noticed that no one has made one yet... and TFs based on bears are rare... and the only ones that could fit the bill won't exactly look like a panda.

Now, I present to you... my Customized Panda Transformer!

I named this as PAW-PAO since I wanted a Chinese sounding name that would pack a punch. Made from a TFA Snarl body and a bootleg bear transformer toy.

I kept as much red and blue-gray from Snarl as I am comfortable with since I came into a problem that if I painted all the red colors into either white or black that the TF would look like a Panda both in Robot and Beast form (since Snarl's face has some cute-bear like qualities to it).

He's a bit of a parts-former when it comes to transforming him to robot mode since the panda head needs to be placed on his back and it's a sizable solid piece. You can have it stay in it's peg but it would look something like this

He retains the original toy's articulation and add a bit more since some of Snarl's plates were removed.

He doesn't come with weapons now and it's too bad I don't have a miniature Bamboo pole for him to use (though I tried with another action figure staff, but his arms can't be positioned to effectively use them)

I'm working on an update to this now since I am not 100% comfortable with the head being a large backpack, I want to either make it into a transforming minicon or a weapon for the TF. Or if all else fails make the "backpack-head" less protruding when in robot mode.
