Description
My own Kamen Rider. He is based from a wasp, and uses no hand-held weapons. He was created around the time that Kamen Rider 2 was, but was never completed, instead being put into a nanobot induced cryogenic sleep, so that his body could "Evolve" past the rejection periods that all Cyborgs were dealing with at that point of the story.

Vespa himself is probably the second example of a "Perfect" Cyborg, the First being Kamen Rider 1, Hongo Takeshi.

The armor plating on his fore-arms raises when charged with energy, and extends "Stinger-like" blades, allowing him to use them to finish off an enemy, as well as combat one with a sword or some other melee weapon.

His right leg also has this armor, although it is poorly designed in this picture, which extends a shorter blade from his boot, which he uses in combination with his "Rider Kick" to give it a little extra power, the new attack being called "Rider Kick Sting."

Vespa's Identity is Higure Tsukasa.

He is the main character of my upcoming story "Kamen Rider V." Like most of the other characters who were based from the movie, he has no "Henshin" phrase.
