Here is Part 2 of the study guide of the back view. It's no different from the front view study guide, but I showd a few minor changes to the muscle structure at the end step.Here is lesson 1 [link]

You can use it for both. You may need to slightly modify things, but this is just a base of what constructs the anatomy. Their are many other ways to go about constructing anatomy to suit your style. Hope that helps.
