ANYWAY... This is the beginning of a project I've decided to start working on in the form of a short 4-panel
koma series of skits based loosely on my own life experiences put into gag form! These isolated incidents (*ahem*) are typically those memories that hit you right before you go to sleep and get second-hand embarrassment from, only I've decided to turn my misery and inability to fit in into art/possible comedy. (Super original, I know, but what even is?) That said, I don't have a scanner or photoshop so this hastily put together comic of frankensteined text onto an actual photo (brought to you by Microsoft paint, for all your cheap, budgeting needs!) is going to have to be the format these are in for now (but maybe these older ones'll get an update at a later time). That said, as for the art/characters themselves I kind of wanted to go with a sort of Bookseller Honda-San kind of thing where everyone is a monster person because normal people are super boring and I like coming up with these designs for mob characters more. (Though I'm likely just going to make most mob characters based on JRPG monsters from stuff I like much like our cyclops friend here being the iconic Dragon Quest design with a morphed head and some spikes thrown all over the place. The other one is kind of a mish-mash of succubi meets traditional satan goat devil, though big missed opportunity to not just straight up make her look like Moosifer.) Don't worry, I WILL include backgrounds in later ones, but I didn't feel the need to with this pilot so enjoy these funky colours instead and maybe the next one will have some. (Though don't expect these regularly; pretty much just going to make them when I feel like it as I've
got a million other things I want to work on, plus with only five more ideas for more in the idea bank I'm going
to run dry of them so I want to stockpile ideas when I can.)
