So basically I just found out a local store of mine was selling cheap alcohol markers for like $2 a pop, so I pretty much convince myself that I lack some major greyscale tones so I ended up impulsively buying all the greytones lol and also picked up this cheap sumi brush pen thing. This was like I think approximately a 10 minute sketch+colouring work, so sorry if the anatomy and proportins are a lil wonky Β because I was more excited to play around with the new markers and see how thye work with my other markers like copics and promarkers then doing an actual drawing. So far they seem to work well together, might pick up more colours in the future maybe haha. Picture is looesly based on a tug friend who really likes his duct tape, you know who you are Β hehe <3Related content

oooh. Sumi brush pen? I invested in a Pentel Pocket not long after I started out, it's damn good stuff. Lasted very very long, and other than it sometimes going apeshit and drowning the bristles with its ink it's an excellent tool.
I can also vouch for the Pilot Futayaku pens, I got a black/grey one around Christmas and it's doing well even though I've only used the grey tip a grand total of twice.
Also if your friend looks anything like this I have to admit he's quite cute :3

Haha I actually do own a pentel brush pen, I own quite a few actually brands like kuretake and daiso. It's just fun to play around with the cheap stuff sometimes because I won't have to worry too much leaving me Β much room to experiment more with my art styles.
Minus the actual six packs (hence the term loosely) I say he is, he is pretty ticklish too in all the right places, the downside is he is stright as a ruler and now lives miles away.

Ooh, cool :3 Am surprised at how cheap individual Kuretake brush pens are, I got some for those watercolour effects and I'm loving them. Coloured that Haru pic with them actually :3
