Maybe, but Sam is the one who's always getting mind controlled.
Totally Spies basic: Sam gets mental tf, Clover gets physical tf. Alex gets trapped.

I can agree with Sam getting the majority of the mental transformations. But let's not forget the times Alex got turned into bug lady, part dolphin, or the giant muscle growth, or got her face swapped with that one rock band groupie. Or when Clover got uhh....sprayed by that one serum thing that turned her into a super serious crazy obsessed spy girl.
