It looks kinda scary for me...I guess it's just a different style...I like the colours though!

My only suggestion is that you do something about his teeth, the rest of the whites in the picture have colours streaming through them... and are all mixed, and the paint appears heavy, but the teeth are white, and outlined, they don't really mix well with the rest of the image.
