Description
The Dissonance Wave Sonification Rifle generates, amplifies, and projects focused shock waves of cacophonous sound of variable intensity, ranging from incapacitating, to deafening, to lethal.Prop design, construction, and photography by me.

Neither. It's all hand crafted from wood, brass, and steel. Gauss guns fire projectiles, and this fires shock waves of sound.

or you can use real ultrasonic device inside for example which makes fear animals

We have an ultrasonic fear generator at the haunted house in which I work. It is really cool, however it is also HUGE and very expensive.

That wouldn't be possible. The center of the barrel is a steel rod, so there is no way for bb's to be fired our of it.
It is intended to be a prop for photo shoots, short movies, and conventions, so there wouldn't be any point in rigging it to shoot bb's anyway.

If you do next time something which can shoot, and make video about how you shooting someone/something with such weapon with your costume - place in youtube and you will be more popular!
