Alright this application is for those who are going to be zombie gijinkas. On the left side you will be able to put a full body picture of your character. Yes we are requesting you do a full body of your character. You can also draw any weapons that they may have on them usually.

The top right corner where the picture is, that is the headshot for your character! Fill out the info to the left of the photo.

Finally on the bottom you may check off TWO positions on the notepad. Those are the two skills your character will be good at. They will be depended on those skills in order to survive the apocalypse.
