I am uneasy around a man with a history of sexual harassment, even if the claims never fall through it just seems there is something there. I mean I'm sure he's an okay guy but he looks a little off...then again if he's working for Arkham of course he's a little off. Nothing to worry about right? After all what's one more psycho down there?

It's not enough that his villain name is "Dr Psycho", the comic creators had to give a name that literally sounds like "psycho". When you have a name like that aren't you just destined for supervillainy?

Huh, this fellow is rather eccentric looking....I trust he's an effective Doctor though.
It's good that his negotiating skills got the support of Cale-Anderson Medical, but I have my doubts about Sivana Industries though.....
Hey, can anyone answer this question for me? Which of Earth-27's Arkham Staff besides Cash have a history of powers and/or villainy in the comics? And I mean aside from Bolton, Strange, Jeremiah, and of course, Harley.

Simon Hurt (crazy bat demon worshiping ancestor of Bruce Wayne maybe) Alyce Sinner (worked with Jeremiah when he was pretending to be Black Mask for a while and also killed every one in her cult with her boyfriend) and Byron Meredith (he's the "Merrymaker" which looks like a Plague doctor, V, and a Steampunk costume store had a baby and lead a team of Joker fanatics to go around terrorizing Gotham while he killed people he didn't like)
