If he's currently an escape risk, and is prone to violence, then he should be monitored in Maximum Security upon arrival. Maybe in time he can make it to Intensive Care.

Hot headed but a better gent to meet rather than firefly (unlike cold and freeze those two may get along better, or not). Nice to see Mick has toned down, thanks to association with Snart, not exactly a morality chain but progress is progress I suppose. I'd opt for the mobile prison as well, can't keep too many hot heads in the same place or you'll start a fire.
