I actually feel for her in the Rebirth comics. She's been crippled, dejected, abandoned, embittered and off her rocker.

Believes herself to be beyond redemption, honey that's a clear sign you aren't. See if you were beyond redemption you'd take the macbeth route, already knee deep in blood, can't turn back now gotta keep going but no. You don't wanna be a monster, you can turn back and I believe you will.
Her outfit does look amazing and I believe she can make a recovery, if for nothing else just so she can have some peace.

And how does she, if at all, interact with other Arkham inmates or the staff in E27? For example I would have thought that perhaps the three ladies of the Gotham City Sirens or other female inmates like Roxy Rocket or Calendar Girl would have taken an interest in her.

What exactly are her abilities though? Like what can she do when her cybernetics and nanites are at full power?
Also Roy, a question for you: Are those GGCC guys still around in the 2017 present day of E27? Y'know, those Gotham Gentleman's Cigar Club guys? and what were they exactly? An extension of Falcone and Maroni's power or perhaps an early front of the Court of Owls?
An additional two questions for anyone who can answer:
1. When the heck did Doctor Penelope Young get sponsored because I don't recall seeing her on the list, and does that mean the TITAN Serum is coming along with Arkhamverse-Style one-night wars?
2. Can anyone give me some background on these crime lords:
Bruno Mannheim
Alexandra Kosov
Whisper A'Daire
Tobias Whale
Ignatius Ogilvy- I only know that he's Penguin's second in command
Maximillian Zeus- I thought he was a costumed rogue, not a crime boss, or am I wrong?
Lastly, How powerful in men, turf, and influence are the first 4 and Maxie Zeus compared to Black Mask, Penguin, Two-Face, Great White Shark, Rupert Thorne, Sal Maroni, and Carmine Falcone?

Cizko's work on the patient is likely biasing just how optimistic this file is. I also imagine that he knows of a way to search her without stripping but chooses not to. Little creep.

These files are written by Dr. Westerman, though not on conclusions in it are reached by him/"me". The intake interview is conducted by "me" but then "I" compile further information from the security staff, administration, and treatment to provide this brief assessment of the patient.
Strip searches are a very routine practice in prisons, though most have some policy in place to specify that they should be conducted by officers whose gender matches that of the prisoner.
