Thank you. Jillian Holtzmann was, by far, the best character in her movie. Even in scenes where I was perpetually "meh" (and there were a lot of them), Holtzmann usually had a charm to her that just made me like her despite all the nonsense around her. Her look, I felt was inspired by the Real Ghostbusters' Egon, so I was immediately interested in her and kept waiting for the others to show any sort of characteristics of the other Ghostbusters, but it really didn't happen. When I finally decided to pull the trigger on Ghostbusters, I knew I'd like to tackle the 2016 Ghostbusters just to see if I could actually make something out of them. When I got to plotting that idea out, I realized that the 2016 GBs and the 1984 GBs were going to both exist in the same universe and both be in modern-day. I knew I had to make Holtzmann related to Egon in some fashion. I really hope we get to do the 2016 GBs soon, just because I really want to explore the dynamic between Egon and his estranged sister.
