"Elvira" is a former DC comics character featured in "Elvira's House of Mystery." She has also appeared in a number of other media including animated appearances with Mystery Incorporated. Gotta say saw her one time I think last year as a guest judge for the Halloween (Baking) Wars and she was still looking good. I don't know how old she is and maybe she had work done with make up but if she didn't she's age very gracefully.

She's in her sixties. She's aged remarkably. She credits it to her vegan lifestyle and dedication to exercise and yoga. Supposedly she has more or less retired the Elvira persona as of just last year as she felt the character should remain timeless and she fears she won't be able to uphold that herself, even though I still think she looks great. It would be cool if someone else could assume the Elvira persona and continue the legacy with her blessing, though. I think the character is incredible and I'd love to see her get another shot at a franchise of some sort, whether it be in movie, television, or maybe even a web series.

Hey Roy would you put Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes characters Jay and Silent Bob in Earth-27? And they did make cameos in Green Arrow during Kevin Smith's run on the Green Arrow comics.

I was developing my own DC Universe timeline for my rpg campaign, when I noticed Elvira was in a DC comic for the House of Mystries. So, I added Elvira to my campaign as an actual character!
She lost the House of Mysteries to John Constantine in a game of strip poker...
She has a rivalry with Zatanna. Z mostly dislikes Elvria because she is neglecting her role as "Mistress of the Dark." Elvria is using her magic to stay young and beautiful, instead of managing the monsters and elder things that keep attacking Earth.

No. Scooby-Doo is a whole different animal than something like Yogi Bear. Scooby-Doo has always lended itself to crossovers. It's crossed-over with Batman for decades. Mystery Inc has its own crossover comic series with DC Comics, too, and an ongoing reimagined continuity made by DC Comics. They're just as much comic book characters as they are cartoon characters. The Looney Tunes and the sillier Hanna-Barbara characters just aren't a good fit for Earth-27. Nothing against the characters. They're just not Earth-27 material. I would have to adapt them so much that they'd barely resemble their original selves.

I know they changed things. I feel they changed too much to make them fit. I don't want to do that with those characters. Maybe I'll change my mind eventually. Maybe I'll come up with a cool idea to make it work. For now, however, I have no plans to do so, nor am I considering it. I've got way too much else to focus on for the time being. Way too many great characters I have been dying to get into this universe. I need to keep my focus on them.

You should check him out; he's on METV every Saturday, hosting old horror movies, and even older jokes! He's been around for about the same amount of time as Elvira.

So Elvira in the E-27 is a Daimon. Makes way too much sense for her to be involved when Cain got an appearance in this continuity.
