You made one of my least-favorite characters in fiction endearing...you maniacal bastard...
All jokes aside, I found Mikey in almost every single iteration of him annoying, stupid, irritating, and down right obnoxious. However, you made him more empathetic, sympathetic, and overall more enjoyable as a character. You seem to have downplayed the stupid, upped his skills to more impressive levels that justifies his victories more than previous interpretations of the orange glutton. Phil Cho's freckle-like specks on his design give him more of a childish appearance, making his more immature aspects more bearable and even downright adorable.Β

Mikey has always been my favorite, mainly because he's always so energetic, optimistic and friendly. And unlike some of his brothers, he rarely starts fights. True, he can be annoying and screws up a lot, but he usually means well.
Also, I like his weapons.

Well, his weapon of choice appears to be a bong, so I won't fault you there. I prefer the times he wields a kusarigama, as it is a deadlier weapon than the testicle smasher he tends to wield.Β

There is a Fanfic where Mikey befriends a Pizza Boy and the turtles eventually "adopt" him as their own. Is that where the Pizza Guy thing is from?
