I love it on how she 'transforms' into her 'Crystal Snow' appearance without her collar on the other picture phil-cho did. Which by the way is excellent. A great collaboration to both versions.
My favorite thing about Assault on Arkham was the bond that she and King Shark had. So cute, in a serial killer like way.

I'm a big fan of Killer Frost so I hope in the Flash it's Louise Lincoln and not Caitlin Snow. Me and my girlfriend we love her and we are so happy she got Ronnie back and I don't want her being a heat loving vampire and yes her addiction kinda does make her a heat vampire.

The black jumpsuit is something she'd put on, the ice gloves/cape would be something she creates once in the jumpsuit.

Ah killer frost, colder than freeze it would seem and they do not get on apparently (I think I heard about that). Your arkham files impress me because it leads me to believe your arkham can contain these threats...at least for a while.

Personally, I like to think that she's hotter than Victor Fries. Much hotter.
The two had a brief alliance/romance and went on a crime spree together. After they were caught, she rather coldly (pun intended) told Freeze it had all been an act to use him for her own purposes and had no love for him. I'm sure that destroyed what little warmth was left in Victor's heart.
And thanks! I like to try to find a way that villains such as these could be contained in a single facility.

Yeah, I'm often shocked by the heights when I look them up. Sometimes I adjust them, other times I go with them.
Hopefully her and Garfield Lynns won't have much chance to interact as I recommended she be housed in Maximum Security and him in Intensive Care.

I like this look as her normal one. Her on the loose pick is amazing. I'm curious does come Phi-cho come up with designs then draws them, or do you come up with the designs and Phil-cho brings them to life?

Killer Frost is an interesting fusion. Normally, I come up with the concept and design, down to the details of their clothing, pose, and expression. I provide reference pictures if possible and Phil draws them, making small changes along the way sometimes. In the case of Miss Lincoln here, I came up with how I wanted her drawn for her locked up picture and found a picture I wanted for her on the loose picture and just told Phil to draw something like that picture.
Phil added sweat to her locked up picture (probably because she's not usually a Batman villain and he mistakenly believed she needed cold to survive like Mr. Freeze, but I liked the look of it so I kept it and incorporated the reason for it in my profile of her) and Phil came up with the posing of her supervillain picture on his own.

Sometimes.
Typically, I do the design and concept, as well as provide feedback and approve the final picture. Phil does the drawing. There are times when I've got several ideas I like and let Phil decide which one to use. There are other times when Phil leaves things out or goes off-script and does things that I didn't ask for originally. It's very hard to define the process, it's fluid and creative with some give and take on both of our parts.
A good example is with Catman. I asked Phil to give him a stylized 'CM' logo on his chest, or just go with the 'three scars' logo that Catman uses in modern comics in lieu of a logo. Phil merged those ideas and made a stylized CM logo using the three scars, which was a wonderful idea.
