You must have the cursorxp program installed, then simply double click the file, and it will load automatically. You can get cursorxp here > [link]

I really like this one a lot. The mouseover with the word boxes are great! Damn thing is too big for me and I'm too cheap to buy CursorXP Plus, so I'll have to resize them. I want to use this a lot though, so no big deal. Excellent cursor Rich!

No, you can't resize them with the free version. It's cool, I resized these... really like them.
