Aveon is my idea of a Flying-type Eeveelution. Aveon, the Sky Pokemon, is what Eevee (as I would imagine) evolves into when brought to the Sky Tower in Hoenn. It carries the ability Gale Wings and is more of a special attacker. Apologies for the strange choice of colors as I didn't have a particular direction. I just knew I wanted to make it different from all other Eeveelutions. But if anybody has played Final Fantasy VIII...Related content

Can it also evolve when you give it a balloon (I think that's what the item called) and level it up
