Straight from Beta to Omega? Well, we've refined a technique for quick Metroid development.Samus, Samus and Samus (or the SA-X)?
These kinds of compositions aren't my usual style. It was interesting to pick at this work for a very long period of time.
Also, fitting the main details into a square was kind of difficult, but fun.
Basically, this is one of THOSE pics... a female in a pin-up pose surrounded by shiny technology.

I've always liked this picture. To be honest, I think pin-up Samus is way overdone, but the infant Metroid is a cute touch. And the fact that you drew Samus without a *ahem* certain part of her anatomy ridiculusly exaggerated is another point in your favor. (And the fusion suit rulez!!!)
Overall, a very nice picture.

I found this before while searching for pictures at alltheweb.com. Dude! this is awesome! I rarely see Metroid fanart as high quality as yours, and this is one of the best I've seen yet! I really love how you drew Samus in her Fusion suit in the background, that glow from her arm cannon, the evil look on the SA-X's helmet, all of those are my favorite parts of this picture! what i don't like is how the glow effects in the background get cut off nearly at the bottom. You shoud've extended it to the bottom.
