ahhh this is cool, reminds me of my own style - probably because i have the same hair and draw it almost identically to this when i make my self portraits. XD big curly frizzy mess.. though yours is quite pretty, i'm sure.

Well, your style is more cartoon influenced. I see the realism increasing though. You'll get there, and pretty soon, I think. I like this drawing, the expression is great. From here on out when I read a comment of yours I will picture this. Up until now I've pictured; . And she is a little bit aloof.
Once I found a cigarette in my hair, which is strange since I don't smoke and have short hair. True story.

Yes, do-your-thing girl IS a bit aloof. But that is her thing, and she must do it.
My hair has a tendency to eat the people who stand/sit next to or behind me. It's sort of like the Kite-Eating Tree from Charlie Brown.

Yes..Well, the kyte eating tree was simply a jerk. Your hair is now some sort of, monster? Cannibal? Does it eat the other persons hair? Then again, if your mouth and digestive tract devours a person most people would hold your brain and feet and shoulders guilty as well. 'course, those parts were fed by the mouths action, and the brain was surely an accomplice.
Wow, this is quite a moral quandry. Perhaps you should get corn-rows to keep your hair in check.
