Description
Grabbyhands is a "re-forming thief", though he's not very good at it, he was forced into The Facilitys elite squadron and works in a sort of 'protection' program.

He's not really that dangerous- he's just tired, a bit sassy, and has a habit of getting his hands on things, he's also prone to get rather choatic when he's caught (Things are broken, windows are body-slammed), it probably doesn't help a lot of his new friends are willing to help him with it.

He's also a were-aysheaia, but that's not unusual in The Facility.
